The two-day visit of U.S. President Joe Biden concluded on Wednesday with him attending the extraordinary summit of the Bucharest Nine, which groups the states on the eastern flank of NATO. TVP World invited sociologist, political scientist, and historian, Professor Tomasz Grzegorz Grosse of the University of Warsaw, to assess the importance of the past two days.
